I had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the subway and the city center. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Rachel who went above and beyond to help me clean up a mess I made. The spa was a great addition, providing a luxurious and relaxing experience. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Excellent location near Friesenplatz tram station, making it convenient for transportation. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable with great shower facilities. Free WiFi is a bonus. The breakfast is comprehensive and offers a variety of options. The staff is cute and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Cologne.

I had a great stay at a hotel in a very central area. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the cathedral and close to the city center. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped. The service provided by the friendly staff was excellent. The breakfast spread was delicious, with freshly squeezed juices. The hotel also had convenient parking and easy access to the main road. a fantastic choice for my solo trip.
It was a bit disappointing to find out that the hotel bar was closed most of the day and only opened in the evening.

The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and options for both cooked and continental breakfast. The staff were really helpful and even lent us a phone charger. The bed was very comfy and we loved that it was a large double bed and not two singles pushed together. The location was fantastic as it was close to the metro station, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Plus, the hotel had convenient parking right opposite for only €12 per day.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Great upgrade to 1st class lounge with free food, beer, and wine. Amazingly comfortable bed. Friendly staff, extensive breakfast, well-equipped fitness center. Delicious and varied breakfast. Convenient location, modern and clean room.
